Cage Fighting Championships Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Cage Fighting Championships (“CFC,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”) Affiliate Program. By requesting or using an affiliate link, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

The CFC Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission by promoting CFC events using a unique affiliate tracking link provided by the Company. All ticket sales are processed and tracked through the SimpleTix ticketing platform.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn:

• 10% commission on the total gross ticket value of confirmed ticket purchases made through their assigned affiliate link.
• Commission applies only to ticket purchases that are successfully completed, paid in full, and not refunded.

The following are excluded from commission:

• Refunded tickets
• Chargebacks
• Fraudulent transactions
• Complimentary tickets
• Taxes, fees, or service charges (unless otherwise stated in writing)

3. Tracking & Attribution

• All affiliate sales are tracked exclusively through the SimpleTix platform.
• Only purchases that are properly tracked and attributed to the Affiliate’s unique link within SimpleTix will qualify for commission.
• The Company is not responsible for commissions on sales that are not tracked due to incorrect links, user error, ad blockers, cookie restrictions, or technical issues beyond the Company’s control.
• Confirmed purchases associated with the Affiliate’s unique link are required for payout.

4. Payment Terms

• Commission payments will be calculated after the event concludes.
• Payment will be issued within 30 days following the event date, provided:
  • The event has occurred.
  • All refund periods have closed.
  • Final ticket revenue has been reconciled.
• Payments will be made via the method agreed upon between the Company and Affiliate (e.g., ACH, PayPal, check).
• The Company reserves the right to withhold payment in the case of suspected fraud, policy violations, or disputed transactions.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

• Promote CFC events in a professional and lawful manner.
• Not misrepresent the event, pricing, or Company.
• Not use spam, deceptive marketing, false claims, or misleading tactics.
• Not bid on branded keywords (e.g., “CFC Fights,” “Cage Fighting Championships”) in paid advertising without written permission.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding marketing and advertising disclosures.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Termination

CFC reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause. If terminated:

• Affiliates will be paid for valid, confirmed commissions earned prior to termination, subject to these terms.
• No future commissions will accrue after termination.

7. Relationship of Parties

This Agreement does not create any partnership, employment, joint venture, or agency relationship. Affiliates act as independent contractors.

8. Limitation of Liability

CFC is not liable for:

• Technical issues related to tracking systems
• Website downtime
• Third-party platform errors (including SimpleTix)
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the program

9. Modifications

CFC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will apply to continued participation in the program.

10. Acceptance

By using a CFC affiliate link or participating in the program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
